Superior
The Park Hyatt was by far and away the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. From the minute we were picked up at Narita to the minute we left the Park Hyatt excelled at making us feel welcome & comfortable. The service is fantastic and the room was perfect. I will continue to stay at Park Hyatt. FYI we have also stayed at Cerulean Tower (so -so) & Grand Hyatt (also very good).

Extremely good hotel
The hotel is fantastic, with very high service standard. The views of Tokyo from the hotel is spectacular. The hotel has two very good restaurants,the other facilities, i.e. spa, swimming pool etc... are fantastic.
