Old-fashioned but nice
The Siena Hotel is a quiet and old-fashioned place. It is very comfortable and well-maintained. Surprisingly, it lacks some relatively common amenities -- in-room coffee/tea pot, in-room safe -- and the appliances and bath are a little aged. However, it is a peaceful and comfortable place.

Barely slept a wink
This is a nice hotel, relatively clean and the staff attempts to treat you well. However, we were there for Thanksgiving and there was a large truck parked on one side of the hotel that had an incredibly loud compressor which ran ALL NIGHT. I have no idea if this was a special catering truck or what the story was, but it made for a terrible night with little sleep. I can’t imagine anyone on that side of the hotel slept that night. When I complained in the morning the desk clerk really didn’t seem to care. For the price, I would expect a much better experience and/or some kind of recompense for our stay.

Lovely hotel.
The Siena is beautiful in both the common areas and the rooms. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. It was great having a fridge in the room, but would really love a small coffee maker as well.
