Loved our stay!
We had a GREAT time during our stay at the Napili Kai! We were greated such friendly and wonderful service when we arrived. Our room had been remodeled and was nicely updated. We didn’t have any air conditioning, only 2 ceiling fans, but since we were visiting in the fall the temps were not that bad. We had requested a crib and a high chair and were pleasently surprised to find the crib outfitted with a crib bumper, crib sheet, and an extra blanket and we were even given a diaper pail. We did have a small amount of the "ghost ants" that showed up on our second day, but it was because we had left out some food on the counter. They didn’t really bother us. It was a huge plus to be able to have access to beach chairs and fresh beach towels each day without an extra fee. The pool and the beach were never too crowded and there was a nice feel of community around as most of the guest were repeat visitors. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food and the service made up for it. We only ate there a few times as we took advantage of cooking in our own kitchen. The location of the Napili Kai was one of the best benefits as it was tucked away in a beautiful cove and we didn’t feel like we were in the "condo gettos" or the concrete strip of mega hotels. We loved our stay and hope to visit again in the future!!

Nice place to stay with great beach and view!
It was a breath taking view from our room but would get a room with A/C next time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is probably one of the best on the island. (I never go swimming but I was in the water everyday snorkeling.) We had a small kitchen that we used to make breakfast in the morning. Be sure to stop at a Walmart to buy groceries. (Very expensive at the smaller stores.) The room was clean but we did see a couple of small roaches in our room. The hotel says that they spray every two weeks. I would love to go back again. We had a great time.
