small but warm
We stayed here on New Years eve to attend a party, the service was very prompt the staff were very quick and informative. There are many great eateries near by within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay hope you will too

Nice digs!
When in Chicago, I always stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. Great location, great rooms, friendly and helpful staff, chic bar, fabulous shopping nearby, yummy room service menu and delicious art deco architecture make for the best place to stay - hands down!

Hard Rock Hotel "Rocks!!"
The room was wonderful and comfortable with a great view of the city. The bathroom was amazing we had a tub and a complete separate shower, almost like a spa experience in itself. We were close to all types of activities and shopping that were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had. The service was outstanding.
