Note:
Children under 12 months of age are free. If a child of any age is disruptive during the show, they will be asked to leave and no refund will be administered. Tickets must be picked up at least two (2) hours prior to showtime or they will be released. Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

How to redeem your voucher(s):
You must go to the Treasure Island Box Office at least two (2) hours prior to showtime to redeem your voucher(s). Photo identification is required to exchange your voucher(s) for a show ticket. One voucher per ticket is required. No exceptions. Doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Box office hours are as follows: Mon.-Wed. & Sat. 10 AM-11 PM, Thurs. & Fri. 11 AM-7 PM, Sun. 10 AM-8 PM.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of this Activity are allowed. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services.
