One-way transportation from the McCarran Airport to your hotel

Available:
24 hour per day; except on New Year's Eve*

Approximate time from airport to hotel :
Strip hotels: 30 minutes
Other hotels: 1–1 1/2 hours

Airport pick-up location:
The chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area of McCarran Airport

Note:
*Service is not available on New Year's Eve from 6 PM-2 AM. Driver gratuity is not included. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. You are advised to contact Lucky Limousine in advance of your arrival to confirm your hotel and flight information.

Effective immediately, Lucky Limousine will be charging a US$2 fuel surcharge per hour due to rising oil prices.

Redemption instructions

After you book your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Note: It is the traveler(s)'s responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.

Exchange your voucher for transfer:
Please contact Lucky Limousine at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival to confirm your arrival date, flight, and hotel information. Upon arrival at McCarran Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area. A Lucky Limousine chauffer will have a sign with your name. Present your voucher(s) and photo identification to the driver at this time; service will not be rendered if voucher(s) are not presented. If you cannot locate the chauffer, please call the Lucky Limousine customer service number listed on your voucher(s).

Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
