The listed rates for performances on Saturday nights include a GBP15 booking fee (approx. US$28 or 20 Euros). Transportation to and from the theatre is not included. Children under the age of 5 are not admitted. Due to health and safety regulations, customers with reduced mobility and wheelchair users must book directly with the theatre to ensure a suitable seat or space is allocated.

Redemption instructions

3. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s):
Voucher(s) must be redeemed at the Encore Tickets Reception Centre inside the Britain and London Visitor Centre (BLVC); the full address will appear on your printed voucher. Voucher(s) can be redeemed at any time during your stay. The Encore Reception Centre is open Mon. - Fri., 9:30 AM-6 PM and Sat.-Sun., 10 AM-4 PM. The nearest Underground station is Piccadilly Circus, Exit 3.
