Standard Experience:
A 30-minute ride. Please arrive for boarding at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled ride time.
Fast-Track Experience:
Bathe in the luxury of a personal, fast-track service as you by-pass the queues and check-in just 15 minutes before your ride. Every guest receives a complimentary souvenir guidebook and children over five years receive a complimentary London Eye duffle bag, complete with a mini guidebook and a pair of 'Eye spy' binoculars.
Champagne Experience:
To make your London Eye Experience really sparkle, enjoy a glass of Pommery Brut Royal Champagne served by your host while you relax and enjoy the sublime views of London. Champagne Experiences are perfect for small groups and couples, and are available daily at noon, 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM, and 8 PM. For this exclusive Champagne Experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your ride.
London Eye and Thames River Sightseeing Cruise Experience:
A 40-minute circular sightseeing cruise, available all year round and in any weather. Cruises depart at 10:45 AM, 11:45 AM, 12:45 PM, 13:45 PM, 14:45 PM, 15:45 PM, 16:45 PM, 17:45 PM and 18:45 PM on a daily basis.

Friday Nights only from 21st of June - 9th of August inclusive, opened until midnight with the last rotation starting at 11:30 PM. Valid for Standard tickets, Fast Track and Champagne Experiences.

Note:
All capsules are shared with people outside of your party. The Fast-Track Experience is subject to availability. If you select the standard experience, please allow an additional 40 minutes for boarding. The London Eye has full disabled access both onto the Eye and in all facilities inside County Hall. Due to safety precautions, only two wheelchairs per capsule and up to eight wheelchairs per time slot are allowed. Wheelchair spaces can be pre-booked; wheelchair users are strongly advised to pre-book to avoid long waits. The London Eye will not accept any left luggage, other than prams, which will be thoroughly searched. Briefcases and laptops are not permitted in the capsules. Handbags and small day packs are permitted, but will be thoroughly searched. The London Eye is closed on December 25. An extended timetable is operated during the summer months, Easter and school holidays. London Eye tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable. Children under 4 years are admitted at no charge.
London Eye Opening hours on Christmas Eve are 10 AM–5:30 PM and from July 27–August 12, 2012, are 10 AM–12 AM. The London Eye is closed for annual maintenance between January 6–20.

After booking your activity—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Standard Experience: Arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your ride time and check in at the Priority Ticket Desk.Fast-Track Experience: Arrive 15 minutes before your ride time and check in at the Priority Desk. Champagne Experience: Available daily at noon, 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM, and 8 PM. Arrive 15 minutes before your ride time and check in at the Private Capsule and Hospitality Check-In Desk.London Eye and Thames River Sightseeing Cruise Experience: Cruises depart from the London Eye Pier. Available daily year round at 11:45 AM, 12:45 PM, 1:45 PM, 2:45 PM, 3:45 PM, 4:45 PM, and 5:45 PM, and from 30th March to 3rd November additional daily departures at 10:45 AM, and 6:45 PM.
If you would like to see the new 4D Experience then please join the 4D entrance queue with your tickets 45 minutes prior to their booked ride time.
Please note that 'EYE-Nights' are now available. This applies to Fridays only between June 21 through August 9 inclusive, London Eye opened until midnight with last rotation at 11:30 PM (valid for Standard tickets, Fast track & Champagne Experience).
On the day of your visit, please present your printed voucher(s) at the Advance Ticket Collection window and exchange for your admittance tickets. Your voucher cannot be shown on a mobile device to gain entry.
