Redemption instructions

When you reserve your activities and services you will be asked to print vouchers to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the vouchers and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.Note: In groups of two or more people, you must present a corresponding number of vouchers upon arrival in your destination. One voucher per person. You will also be able to access your vouchers in your online itinerary once your booking is confirmed.

How to redeem your voucher:
Please call Red Line Tours at (323)402-1074 at least 24 hours prior to your desired tour date to make reservations. The customer service number and operation hours will appear on the printed voucher(s). Present the printed voucher(s) at the Red Line Tours Hollywood Tour Center upon arrival on the day of your reservation.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
