You have 13 days from the first date of use to enjoy your passes. First day of use of any ticket in the Southern California CityPass book must occur by Jan. 3, 2011.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Voucher(s) for the Southern California CityPass must be presented atDisneyland® Resort in order for participants to receive a booklet containing the tickets for all referenced attractions. TheDisneyland® Resort must be the first stop on guest's itinerary to redeem voucher(s). Guests staying at theDisneyland® Hotel, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa, or Disney's Paradise Pier® Hotel may present the voucher(s) and photo identification at the front desk. Guests staying at any other hotel must present their voucher(s) and photo ID at theGuest Services Window, located to the far left of theDisneyland® park main entrance.

Terms and conditions

You must redeem your voucher(s) at theDisneyland® Resort. Children younger than 2 are admitted for free. Guests who purchase the Southern California CityPass booklet will have 13 days from the date of first use of any ticket in which to use all of the tickets in the booklet for the applicable theme parks and amusements parks. Subject to restrictions. Ticket must be purchased by Jan. 4, 2010. The last date of ticket use is Jan. 17, 2010.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
