Note:
Children 5 and younger ride free of charge. Luggage policy is 3 average-size pieces per person. Oversized or additional luggage is subject to a fee. Driver will only handle baggage to/from the curbside. Transporation service is available over the Mardi Gras weekend, but driver may need to take alternative routes to certain hotels during peak parade hours; drive times may be longer than indicated above. Driver gratuity is not included in the listed rate.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Airport to hotel: Please claim your luggage and proceed to the Airport Shuttle Ticket Desk, located across from baggage claim carousel, ground level. Present your voucher(s) to any available Airport Shuttle Ticket Agent desk and exchange for one inbound and one outbound Airport Shuttle voucher. The agent will direct you to the airport pick-up location; please give the driver the inbound (airport to hotel) portion of the ticket.
Hotel to airport: Please call Airport Shuttle New Orleans 24 hours prior to your departure to confirm your flight and hotel information.You will not be picked up at your hotel without calling to verify.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
