Inclusions :

1 hour 45-minute swamp boat tour with local guide
Roundtrip transportation, including hotel pick-up and drop-off service

Duration:
Approx. 3 hours, including transportation time

Available:
Daily, except on Mardi Gras, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve

Departure time and location:
10 AM and 2 PM; from the Hilton Riverside Circle or the foyer of your downtown hotel*

Return time and location:
12:30 PM and 4:30 PM; same as departure location

Note:
*Hotel pick-up service commences at 8:45 AM for the 10 AM tour and 12:45 PM for the 2 PM tour. Please wait in your hotel lobby on day of your tour at least 10 minutes prior to your arranged pick-up time. The swamp boats are Coast Guard certified and are equipped with restroom facilities.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. You must call New Orleans Paddlewheels at least 24 hours prior to the desired date of your tour to confirm your reservation; the customer service phone number will appear on your printed voucher(s). If you would like hotel pick-up service, you must also confirm your hotel information with New Orleans Paddlewheels when calling. If you do not require pick-up service,please arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Present your printed voucher(s) at Hilton Riverside Circle upon arrival.Departure times are 10 AM and 2 PM.
