Details

Building on the long and distinguished history of the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid, the museum provides a glimpse back to a time when the fate of the country depended on these great ships. You'll see the USS Intrepid, a 900-foot aircraft carrier; the USS Growler, a guided missile submarine; and the USS Edson, a Vietnam-era destroyer. Take a ride in the A-6 Cockpit Simulator and visit the Virtual Flight Zone. Visitors also receive the interactive “Acoustiguide” audio tour free with admission.

Persons serving active duty in the U.S. military and children younger than 2 are admitted for free; military identification is required. Last admission to the museum is one hour prior to closing

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Please present your printed voucher(s) at the Museum Box Office, located at the entrance of Pier 86, for museum admission tickets. Last admission to the museum is one hour prior to closing.
