Details
EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services provides unparalleled, professional service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Expertly trained chauffeurs will greet you with a clearly visible sign displaying your name in either the baggage claim or an area designated by the local airport authority for domestic arrivals; outside the Customs Screening Area for all international arrivals. You will be assisted with your luggage and driven to your hotel in a new Lincoln Town Car sedan. This service is valid for one to three passengers.

Redemption instructions
After you book your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print
your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow
the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is
critical
to do this before you depart.
3. Take
all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Note:
It is your responsibility to inform EmpireCLS if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the EmpireCLS can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
Exchange your voucher for transfer:
Reservation confirmation is required.
Please contact EmpireCLS Worldwide Chauffeured Services at least 3 days prior to your departure to confirm your pick-up time(s), date(s), and specific location; the phone number and customer service hours appear on your printed voucher(s). For flights arriving from domestic locations, please meet your driver in the baggage claim area. For international flights, please meet your chauffeur outside of the customs area, unless otherwise specified by an EmpireCLS customer service representative. The driver will have a sign displaying your name; please call the customer service number if you cannot locate the driver. Present your voucher(s) to the driver.
Terms and conditions
This service is valid for up to three passengers.
Cancellations and Changes:
This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
