Ever wonder where the stars go after the final curtain? End your Big Apple evening at the Two Times Square Bar in the Renaissance New York Hotel, mingling with the Broadway "It" crowd. This is your chance to get photos and autographs of the stars from the show of your choice, including: The Color Purple, Wicked, Chicago, The Producers, Mamma Mia, Hairspray, Thoroughly Modern Millie, 42nd Street, Movin' Out, Wonderful Town, and Little Shop of Horrors. The bar also has spectacular views of Times Square. Please call New York Offstage to guarantee that cast members from the show of your choice will be in attendance.

Approx. 90 minutes

Thurs.–Sat.; please note that this event does not occur on any major U.S. holidays.

Start time and location:
The cast party begins at 10:45 PM at the Times Square Bar, with stars arriving by 11:15 PM

Finish time:
Approx. 12:30 AM

Note:
Reservation confirmation is required. You will not be guaranteed admittance to this event without calling New York Offstage at least 48 hours in advance of your desired cast party date. When you call New York Offstage, please mention the show you are attending that night or would like to meet the cast members from. By mentioning the show name, at least one cast member from that show is guaranteed to be in attendance. Reservations are required to meet the cast member of your desired show.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. You will not be guaranteed admittance to the cast party without calling New York Offstage at least 48 hours in advance of your desired cast party date; the customer service phone number appears on your voucher(s). When you make your reservation, the customer service agent will provide you with directions to the party at the Two Times Square Bar. Upon arrival at the bar, please present your voucher(s).Note: when you call New York Offstage, please mention the show you are attending, or the cast members you would you like to meet (from which show). By mentioning the show name, at least one cast member from that show is guaranteed to be in attendance. Reservations are required to meet the cast member of your desired show.
