Day 1: Monday or Thursday departure

New York, Finger Lakes, and Niagara Falls
    The air-conditioned van or bus departs from the Big Apple and heads north where it passes the beautiful Delaware Gap and then makes its way to Watkins Glen State Park, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. Stretch your legs on a walk through Watkins Glen Canyon for views of the beautiful waterfalls. On the way to Niagara Falls pass by the stunning Seneca Lake. Arrive in Niagara Falls in the late afternoon.

    Tour the American side of Niagara Falls, including the American Falls, Goat Island, and Sister Island. Once the sun sets, a night tour of Niagara Falls showcases colorful lighting of the thundering waters.

    Overnight accommodations in Niagara Falls are at the Executive Inn Super 8.
Day 2: Tuesday or Friday

Niagara Falls and New York
    After enjoying a continental breakfast at the hotel, head to the thundering water of Niagara Falls. See both Niagara and the Horseshoe Falls up close and experience their true power from onboard the Maid of the Mist (May-October). In April, when the Maid of the Mist is not operational, take a tour of the Scenic Tunnels.

    Around noon its time to head south and back to New York. On the way to New York, stretch your legs in a more urban area with a shopping excursion at one of the large outlet malls along the way. Then relax as the van or bus delivers you back to the city in time for you to grab a late dinner.

Monday: 7 AM; from 125 Park Ave.
Thursday: 7 AM; from 125 Park Ave.

Return time and location:
Tuesday: 8 PM; to 125 Park Ave.
Friday: 8 PM; to 125 Park Ave.

How it works:
This is a multi-day tour departing on Mondays and Thursdays. Monday departures return to New York on Tuesday evening; Thursday departures return to New York on Friday evening.

Hotel accommodations prices are based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Rooms with two double beds are provided; in the event of an extra occupant no extra bedding will be provided.

Note:
This tour crosses into Canada. Proof of citizenship is required. You must have the correct visas and permits for entry into Canada. If you do not, it is also possible to take this tour and stay exclusively on the United States side of the falls

Empire Vacations reserves the right to refuse carriage to passengers whose behavior makes it a hardship for the tour escort to conduct the tour, for the tour passengers general well being, and enjoyment of the tour program.

For the comfort and safety of all passengers, smoking is not permitted on the motor coach; occasional stops are provided en route. Seat rotation occurs at least once a day. Luggage is limited to one piece per person with the following dimensions: 21" x 12" x 12" (46cm x 30cm x 30cm) and a maximum of 22 pounds (10 kg). Meals not listed in the inclusions and all other personal expenses are not included in the cost of this tour and are the participants' responsibility.
Redemption instructions
After you book your ticket, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for ticket:
Reservation confirmation is required. You will not be guaranteed a place on this tour without contacting Empire vacations at least 48 hours in advance of your tour date. The phone number and e-mail address are on the printed voucher. Upon pick-up at the tour departure location, please present your voucher(s) when requested. Photo identification may be requested as well.
Terms and conditions
Empire Vacations is an independent contractor that acts as a ground operator for suppliers featured in this tour. The responsibility of the operator is strictly limited. The operator does not own or operate any of the services provided including but not limited to transportation, hotel accommodation or restaurants.

If the services included in the tour cannot be delivered or there are any changes in the itinerary beyond the control of the operator, Empire Vacations reserves the exclusive right to make any change to the itinerary or price without prior notice. Empire Vacations is not responsible if the tour will not visit any sites featured in the program due to weather natural disasters, late flights, sickness, accidents, or any other reason beyond its control. In this event there is no refund for services not used, including hotels.

The tour participant agrees that neither Empire Vacations, nor its affiliates, shall be liable for any delay, damage, loss, personal injury or death, and property loss resulting from any action or omission. Tour participant agrees to seek with any entity providing goods or services of the trip.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
