Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Proceed to any ticket window located at the front entrance of eitherUniversal Studios® orUniversal's Islands of Adventure® to receive your Universal Orlando® Resort 2-Park Unlimited Admission Ticket. Ticket also includes admission to all paid venues of Universal CityWalk®. Ticket is valid for admission for 7 days, including first day of using any portion of ticket.Photo ID is required at time of redemption. Voucher may be confiscated if signature or photo identification does not match bearer.

Terms and conditions

Ticket does not include admission to special, separately ticketed events. *All days of admission must be used within 7 consecutive days of first use. Parking not included. No discounts on food or merchandise. Restrictions may apply. Offer subject to change without notice. **At CityWalk®, you must present admission ticket(s).
