All-Loops Tour
A visit to San Francisco just wouldn't be complete without a ride aboard one of the city's famous double-decker buses. This bus pass gives you 48 hours of access to all loops, including stops at Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, North Beach, Chinatown, SOMA, Embarcadero, Civic Center, and Museum Gulch. Ride above the traffic on the only tour offering unlimited views of the city's skyline and the scenic San Francisco Bay.

Add a tour out to the infamous former prison—Alcatraz! Enjoy the views of the bay and the city's skyline as you sail to America's most notorious prison. You'll receive a a self-guided audio tour of the prison, and are free to return from Alcatraz at your leisure.

Alcatraz Tour: Thurs.–Sun.

Hours of operation:
All-Loop Tour: Buses run approximately every 30 minutes between 10 AM and 5 PM
Alcatraz Tour: Cruises depart every 15 to 30 minutes

Departure location:
All-Loop Tour: You may board at any of the following locations: Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, Chinatown, North Beach, SOMA, Embarcadero, Civic Center, and Museum Gulch.
Alcatraz Tour: 2800 Leavenworth St.; please check in by 9 AM on the day you have chosen to visit Alcatraz

Note:
The upper deck of the bus is not wheelchair accessible. Guests must check in for the Alcatraz tour before 9 AM on the day they wish to sail. Children ages 4 and younger participate free of charge. Reservations are required for the Alcatraz tour; please contact City Sightseeing San Francisco at least 24 hours prior to the day you wish to take this tour. Tour guide gratuities are not included and are at the participant's discretion.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservations are required for Alcatraz sailings. Please contact City Sightseeing San Francisco at least 24 hours prior to the day you wish to participate in this activity. Reservations are not required for all other tours. Please bring your voucher(s) to the redemption location on the day of their activity, and present your voucher(s) and photo ID. You must pick up your tickets before 9 AM.
You may contact City Sightseeing at the number listed on your printed voucher for exact pick-up times and locations. City Sightseeing San Francisco makes 10-minute stops and takes vouchers at 2 of its points:
1.Stop 1: (at the beginning of the tour) Fisherman's Wharf.
2.Stop 8: (1 hour into the tour) Union Square, at Macy's on Geary Street between Stockton and Powell.
Once customers exchange voucher for tickets, they can get on and off at any of the 12 stops.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
