Present your pass at the entrance to the Louvre Museum and the Delacroix Museum, bypassing any queues.

Wed.–Mon.

Hours of operation:

The Louvre Museum: 9 AM–6 PM, Thurs.–Sun.; 9 AM–9:45 PM, Mon. and Wed.

The Delacroix Museum: 9:30 AM–5 PM, Wed.–Mon.

Note:
Admission to the Louvre is free for children under 18 years of age. Both museums are closed on Tuesdays; opening days and hours may vary. Both museums must be visited on the same day. This pass does not include admission to temporary exhibitions or guided visits. The pass cannot be extended or reimbursed for any reason. This rule applies in the event of closure of participating museums for public holidays or unforeseen events (strikes, etc.). Passes may not be returned or exchanged.

Redemption instructions

After booking your activity—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s)
On the day you wish to collect your Louvre and Delacroix Museum Pass, present your voucher to a member of staff at the Paris Vision Terminal. The nearest Metro stop is Tuileries on Line 1. From the Metro exit, cross rue de Rivoli and turn left. Walk 50 metres under the arcades to the Paris Vision office.

Terms and conditions

This pass does not include admission to temporary exhibitions or guided visits. The pass cannot be extended or reimbursed for any reason.
