Details

Venice is a city without cars—transport is only via boat. Travel along the canals, including the Grand Canal, in elegant style on a gondola. This tour runs with a minimum of four passengers.

Note:
Each gondola holds between four and six passengers; people outside of your party may also be sharing the ride. This service will only run if there are at least four passengers. The price listed is per person. Gondolas do not operate during heavy rain.

Redemption instructions

After booking your tour—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3 Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must redeem one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s):
You must telephone Oltrex Viaggi at least 24 hours in advance of the date you wish to use this service. On the day of your Gondola Serenade, please bring your voucher to the departure location listed on your voucher at least 10 minutes prior to leaving the dock. Gondolas leave at 3:30 PM (Nov.-March) and at 6.30 and 7:30 PM (April-Oct.).

Terms and conditions

Each gondola holds a maximum of six passengers, so there may be people outside your party on the gondola ride. This service will only run if there are at least four passengers.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
