Details

It’s not just one mountain—it’s four! Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk supply enough challenging, off-piste terrain to keep the most seasoned winter enthusiasts infinitely happy. Plus, the endless miles of gentle, rolling terrain is perfect for those who live for cruising and for beginners. Once you experience Aspen/Snowmass, nothing else compares!

The skiing and riding at Aspen/Snowmass is only getting better: $50 million in on-mountain improvements over the next five years means quicker lift rides and easier access. Ride the eight-person Elk Camp Gondola at Snowmass and the refurbished six-person Silver Queen Gondola at Aspen Mountain—both are Swiss-made and come with floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of the surrounding vistas. Combined with last year’s new high-speed Village Express six-pack, Sky Cab Gondola and Aspen Highlands’ Deep Temerity triple chair, five new lifts have been added in the last three years and more than 200 acres of in-bounds backcountry terrain have been opened up. Decide which mountain fits your passion!
