Mountain and ocean views
Sail off into the sunset aboard a deluxe, two-level catamaran. Stunning beauty surrounds you as you sail past Lahaina Harbor, the green West Maui Mountains, desert-like Lanai, the forests of Molokai, and the golden skyline. And the captain steers the boat to make sure everyone gets a view of the sunset.

Sumptuous supper and service
Enjoy a casually elegant ambience. Sip your choice of tropical drinks (from Mai Tais to Blue Hawaiians), wine, beer, or non-alcoholic drinks until dinner is served. Dinner is as delicious as the scenery. The professional crew is service-oriented and attentively covers all areas of the boat.

Live music
A solo guitarist plays an assortment of soothing and upbeat songs from Van Morrison to Jimmy Buffett; some people take to the dance floor while others enjoy the music from their seats or walk around the boat for panoramic vistas and photo opportunities.

The Pacific Whale Foundation Eco-Adventures uses only biodegradable and compost-ready plates, utensils, napkins, cups, and bags onboard all six of its vessels.

These products are made from either sugar cane waste pulp, potato starch, or corn starch. All of these materials are renewable resources, as well as being petroleum and “tree-free.” They all biodegrade in 60 to 120 days in a home composting facility and conform to FDA guidelines for food use.

Seasame Cilantro Tofu, served with a mango sauce with rice pilaf and sauté carrots and zucchini fans with fresh herbs

Fish
Fresh island-caught Mahi Mahi breaded in Maui Onion and Panko, sautéed and served with garlic soy cream sauce served with rice pilaf and sauté carrots and zucchini fans with fresh herbs

Dessert (choice of one)
Maui flavors homemade triple-chocolate brownies drizzled with white chocolate, or:
Vanilla bean pound cake with a Valencia orange glaze and seasonal berries

Note:
Children younger than 2 participate for free. Children ages 2 and younger will not receive an entree. You will need to purchase a child ticket to reserve a dinner plate. Please note that the menu is intended as a sample; all items are subject to change without prior notice. Passengers ages 18 and younger must have an adult or guardian present on board.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:

Within 72 hours of booking Sunset Dinner Cruise you will receive an e-mail from a Local Expert™ Activity Specialist. Your Hawaii Activity Specialist will confirm your chosen activity with the local operator and provide you with confirmation information. The e-mail will also contain directions to the nearest Local Expert™ desk where you will exchange your voucher for the activity ticket. Please be prepared to show photo identification. If you do not receive an e-mail or have other questions, please contact Local Expert™ directly; the customer service phone number will appear on your voucher.Note: Your printed voucher is proof of your online booking; it is not a valid admission ticket.
