Accessibility information:
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles must be specially requested in advance and are subject to an additional fee. If you require a vehicle to accommodate a wheelchair passenger, please call Diamond Head Vacations to make arrangements. Due to liability concerns, Diamond Head Vacations' drivers are not permitted to assist guests into or out of the vehicles, so if the person(s) in the wheelchair(s) are not able to do so on their own or with the aid of their traveling companion(s), Diamond Head Vacations will not be able to provide service to them. The wheelchair-accessible vehicle holds up to 4 passengers, however the nummber of people arriving on a given flight may change the type of vehice used; the vehicle may be a van, mini-bus, motorcoach, or in some cases, a sedan.

Note:
Two-person minimum required for transportation to all hotels in Kihei, Honokawai, Kaanapali, Kapalua, and Wailea areas of the island.

Redemption instructions

After you book your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Note: It is your responsibility to inform Diamond Head Vacations if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that Diamond Head Vacations can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.

Exchange your voucher for transfer:
Airport to hotel: Your Diamond Head Vacations representative will meet you at the bottom of the escalators near baggage claim. Please present your voucher(s) in exchange for return trip coupon(s) with pick-up time listed. Your representative will then transfer you and your baggage to the shuttle.
Hotel to airport: A transfer shuttle will pick you up from your hotel. Please be ready at least 10 minutes prior to your arranged pick-up time.

Terms and conditions

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available with advance notice and are subject to an additional fee. Please note that due to liability concerns, drivers are not permitted to assist guests into or out of the vehicles.
