Details

At the Polynesian Cultural Center, you'll journey through seven authentically replicated Polynesian island villages, including Tahiti, Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, New Zealand, the Marquesas, and Old Hawaii. Meet native Pacific Islanders and watch as they demonstrate arts and crafts of their indigenous lands. Learn about the incredible journeys of the early Pacific voyagers in one of two IMAX films. Take time to shop for authentic Polynesian gifts at the Treasures of Polynesia Shopping Plaza. Before your journey ends, indulge in a sumptuous Luau or Ambassador Dinner Buffet, and experience Horizons, a spectacular performance showcasing the pride and vitality of the Polynesian people.

Duration:
Approx. 9 1/2 hours to tour the Polynesian Cultural Center and enjoy dinner, plus approx. 3 hour roundtrip transportation time

Mon.–Sat.; the Polynesian Cultural Center is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

Departure time and location:
Pick-up service from the lobby of select Waikiki hotels. Visitors must schedule pickup locations when confirming reservations with the Polynesian Cultural Center.

If departing from the Hyatt Regency or Waikiki Trade Center, please meet your shuttle at the following locations:

Hyatt Regency: Shuttle arrives/departs under the green canopy on the Koa side of the hotel.
Waikiki Trade Center: Shuttle arrives/departs in front of the mail boxes on Seaside Avenue.

Return time and location:
Approx. 10:30 PM; to the lobby of select Waikiki hotels

Note:
Reservation confirmation is required. After booking online and printing your voucher(s), you must call the Polynesian Cultural Center at least 5 days prior to your arrival in Oahu to confirm receipt of your online reservation and finalize details. This final step is required to confirm your participation in this activity. Children younger than 3 participate for free but cannot occupy a seat on the bus, during the meal, or at the night show. Dinner menus are subject to change without notice. No alcoholic beverages are served on the premise. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to event date to avoid cancellation penalty.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. After booking online and printing your voucher(s), you must call the Polynesian Cultural Center at least 5 days prior to your arrival in Oahu to confirm receipt of your online reservation and finalize details. This final step is required to confirm your participation in this activity. The customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). When confirming your reservation, please inform the Polynesian Cultural Center whether you would like the 10 AM or Noon pick-up service. When you are picked up at your hotel, please present your voucher(s) to the Polynesian Cultural Center tour escort on the bus. At that time, you will be given a ticket for entrance to the Polynesian Cultural Center, which includes tickets for your dinner andHorizons.
