Butchart Gardens Tour:
Travel aboard an authentic English double-decker bus for a narrated tour through Victoria and its surrounding communities, including the scenic Saanich Peninsula. Stroll through the beautiful themed gardens linked by spacious lawns, streams, and lily ponds.

Butchart and Butterfly Gardens:
Experience a rainbow of color with free-flying jungle butterflies in a lush tropical setting. This rain forest also houses a variety of exotic fish plants, birds, and more.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:

Reservations are required. Please call Gray Line Victoria to schedule your tour date and time. Pick-ups can be scheduled at various Victoria hotels. Please speak with your Gray Line Victoria representative to confirm availability. The customer service number and operation hours will appear on your voucher(s). Upon arrival at the Fairmont Empress Hotel, please present your printed voucher(s) to the Gray Line Victoria representative for admittance to your scheduled tour(s).

Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
