Details

This 45-minute experience includes 30 minutes of dolphin time from a submersible bench and in the lagoon waters. Guests can view the dophins underwater with swim masks.

The encounter also includes admission to the Bermuda Maritime Museum, and personalized photos are available for purchase.

Hours of operation:
Daily, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Participant restrictions:
All participants should be comfortable in the water. Minimum participant age is 8 years.

Note:
Reservation confirmation is required. You will not be guaranteed a place on this tour without contacting Dolphin Quest Bermuda in advance of your arrival.

Swimsuits and towels are required. Water shoes are recommended. Wetsuits are provided between November and April at no additional cost. Participants with reservations are not required to pay admission to the Maritime Museum. Non-participants are responsible for the cash entrance fee to the Maritime Museum.

Cameras are not allowed in the programs; the staff will take staged and candid photos throughout the program for sale at the end of the program. For the safety of participants and the dolphins, the programs are structured by professional marine trainers who direct both dolphins and participants in the session. Transportation is not included.

All customers/participants are required to sign liability waivers before participating in this activity.

Redemption instructions

After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; for each activity, you must redeem one voucher per person.

How to redeem your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. You will not be guaranteed a place on this tour without contacting Dolphin Quest Bermuda in advance of your arrival. The customer service phone number and e-amil address will be listed on your printed voucher(s). Please proceed to the check-in location listed on your voucher(s) on the day you have selected to participate in the Dolphin Encounter. You will be asked to present your voucher(s) and photo identification upon check-in.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
