Stuart Cove's Shark Adventure® is a two-tank dive program that introduces thrill-seeking divers to wild sharks, offering divers a close-up look at these fascinating and misunderstood creatures. There are currently four different sites; the group will visit either a combination of the "Shark Wall" and "The Arena" or a combination of the "Shark Wall North" and "The Runaway." Each area offers first-rate shark viewing.

Begin with a "free swim" on a magnificent wall. The sharks will follow the group throughout the dive because it's close to the feeding site—and they know the dinner bell will ring soon! However, no bait is exposed on this dive, which keeps the sharks curious and creates a safe, natural encounter for the divers. Next up, embark on a bona-fide shark-feeding dive. Unlike ordinary dives, the group will spend their time kneeling on the sand bottom in a semi-circle around the professional shark feeder. Watch in awe as the feeder, by way of skill and experience, keeps the sharks in "polite" feeding postures. The sharks will come close to everyone, but they are far more interested in the bait than anyone in the group!

4:45 to 5:15 PM, depending on hotel location

Participant restrictions:

At least 12-years of age

Good physical health

Certified diver with recent diving experience (within the last three years)

Note:
Dive equipment and wetsuits are available for rent. Each participant is required to wear a full wetsuit or skin (long sleeves and long legs) and gloves on this dive. You are welcome to use your own suit as long as it meets these requirements. Snacks and beverages other than water are available for purchase. Gratuities are not included. A videotape of the dive is not included in the price of the dive, but is available to purchase for an additional fee.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity.

How to redeem your voucher(s):
Reservations are required. Please call Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas once you arrive in Nassau, or a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled activity. The phone number and customer service hours will appear on your voucher(s). At that time, you will need to confirm your reservation and tell the representative what hotel you are staying in so the correct pick-up time can be scheduled. Please bring your voucher(s) on the day of your reservation as it is your only proof of payment. You will need to present your voucher(s) at the check-in counter. Stuart Cove's safety guidelines require divers to have recent diving experience within the last three years. If divers do not have recent experience, they must first complete a refresher course with an instructor for an additional fee.Note: It is a safety requirement that you do not dive the same day that you fly; please plan your dive accordingly.
