Redemption instructions

When you reserve your activities and services, you will be asked to print vouchers to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the vouchers and take them along on your trip.Note: In groups of two or more people, you must present a corresponding number of vouchers upon arrival in your destination. One voucher per person.You will also be able to access your vouchers in your online itinerary once your booking is confirmed.

How to redeem your voucher(s):
You must contact Jungle Reef Adventures at least 48 hours prior to your desired activity date to confirm your reservation and pick-up time and location; the customer service phone number and e-mail address appear on your printed voucher(s). On the day of your activity, you must wait in the lobby of your hotel at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. When you are picked up, you are required to present one voucher per person along with valid photo identification.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
