This tour takes place on the Canadian side of the falls. Passports are mandatory for U.S. citizens entering Canada.

NEXT STEP AFTER BOOKING ONLINE: After booking online and printing your voucher(s), you must call Niagara Helicopters as far in advance of your arrival as possible. You will not be guaranteed a flight without advance reservations. This final step is required to confirm your participation in this activity. If the weather seems questionable, please call Niagara Helicopters for departure times. Children ages 2 and younger fly free. On-site services include a gift shop featuring exclusive Niagara Helicopters collectibles, a gourmet café and bar serving hot and cold meals, a photography lab that can produce personalized, high-quality photos, and a picnic and observation area.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
NEXT STEP AFTER BOOKING ONLINE: After booking online and printing your voucher(s), you must call Niagara Helicopters as far in advance of your arrival as possible. You will not be guaranteed a flight without advance reservations. This final step is required to confirm your participation in this activity. On the day of your flight, please exchange your voucher(s) at the Niagara Helicopters ticketing desk for boarding passes. Flights depart on a regular schedule from 9 AM until sunset, weather permitting. If the weather seems questionable, please call Niagara Helicopters for confirmation of departure times; the phone number and customer service hours will appear on your voucher(s).

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
