Details

Built in 1939, Tall Ship Silva has been refit to offer new amenities for a more comfortable sail: wide-open decks, an enclosed lounge and dining salon, and spacious washrooms. You’ll have the opportunity to haul lines with the crew or lend a hand at the helm. Kids can join the crew in “Junior Sailor” activities and earn gold chocolate coins from the captain. Relax with a beverage and watch the Halifax skyline drift past. Landmarks you’ll see along the way include:

McNabb’s Island

Inclusions :

90-minute harbor cruise
Narrated tour by the captain and crew
Children’s “Junior Sailor” program
Interactive setting of the sails with the crew

Duration:
90 minutes

Departure time and location:
Noon, 2 PM, and 4 PM, from Queen’s Wharf

Return time and location:
1:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 5:30 PM, to Queen’s Wharf

Note:
Reservation conformation is required. You will not be guaranteed a place on this tour without contacting Tall Ship Silva in advance of your arrival. Children 5 years and younger may sail free of charge. Beverages, snacks, and crew gratuities are not included in the listed rate.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
NEXT STEP AFTER BOOKING ONLINE: After booking online and printing your voucher(s), you must call Tall Ship Silva as far in advance of your arrival as possible. You will not be guaranteed a place on this tour without confirming your booking. This final step is required to confirm your participation in this activity. The customer service phone number will be listed on your voucher(s). Please arrive at Queen’s Wharf at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to check in. Present your voucher(s) and photo identification upon request.

The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
