My issue is with the desk clerk on duty when I arrived. The parking lot was closed for paving when I got there mid afternoon and the closest parking was about three blocks away. The lady at the desk said about half of the lot would be open later in the afternoon and any other guests would have to park on the street. Except there was very little street parking available in that area and the clerk's attitude seemed to be that was the customers' problem, not hers. There was apparently no attempt to secure parking for guests at one of the neighbouring businesses. In the end the paving was put off for the weekend and not a problem. It was an unwelcome distraction on a weekend I had gone home for a family member's funeral.

Thank you for your comments, I am very sorry that you were unhappy with some of your service, we are in the process of updating and regular maintenance of the property to ensure everyone's enjoyment for years to come. However we did have to postpone the parking lot until another date. We are very sorry for your unpleasant stay while at our property, we hope to see you again, in hope to make our next stay super.
