The air wasn't working very well it worked 4 days out of the month I stayed there the rest it just blew warm air. So they provided me with a fan. They were doing some kind of construction there so a lot of drilling and cutting noises going on. The kitchenette has no dishes, utensils or cookware. It has a stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle to heat water for tea or instant coffee, mini fridge and sink. They clean the room daily if needed at no extra charge. The lobby has happy hour from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm occasionally you can drink red or white wine and eat various types of cheese and bread or they will have soda and water and marshmallows. I saw they had soda, water, tea and coffee out on the table throughout the day for the guests to help themselves not sure if this is year round I was there mid July to end of August. They also have a 4g device you can use for 3 euros a day for net while you are out and about in the city. Wifi was slow and dropped off a lot. Breakfast is 10 euros a day. There is no gym or pool. Great location for shopping and restaurants.

Pluses and minusesPosted Mar 31, 2017 on Hotels
Okay, so here's the scoop, the best thing about the property is the people, they were amazing, really. Another thing was the wifi hotspot which you could rent for a euro a day. The bad thing is the room, I don't know if it was just my room, but it was uncomfortable and not laid out well. The room was large, but an awkward shape. The lobby is small and nice enough. The shower was horrible though, you have to step up about a foot and then the curtain stays in the shower while all the water runs out onto the floor. The bathroom in general was not in good shape, the toilet was not clean and had buildup of years of dirt. The faucets were all wobbly (there was a little kitchenette, and that faucet was also wobbly. All this having been said, I will say that this would be a good place to take your family as it is spacious enough to sleep 3-4. and finally, I might even consider staying here again for the people.

Worst Hotel I Stayed In (In France)”Posted Apr 27, 2016 on Hotels
My wife and I had been travelling around France for 3 weeks. This was our last stop. We were excited about the parking and the kitchenette. We had stayed in a lot of budget hotels and a few nice ones. This was the worst. When we arrived, they told us there was no available parking. We would have to park on the street...very inconvenient. When we got to the room, it was shocking! The carpet was frayed, there were stains on the carpet and walls, the seats were stained and disgusting, there was water damage in the bathroom and the ceiling looked like it was going to fall down. In addition to that, the bathroom was so small, I could not sit on the toilet and close the door at the same time. When we went to inspect the kitchenette (to see what we would do for our final meal) the cupboard was bare. There were no dishes, no pots, no pans, no utensils...nothing. We had stayed at 3 previous hotels that had kitchenettes and all of them came fully equipped. The most infuriating thing was the internet. It was so unreliable as to render it useless. It would not connect easily and when it did, it was SUPER slow! Even when you could connect, it would just stop working for minutes at a time. I had to use my cellular roaming data. Now this all might be understandable if the hotel were 30-40 euros; however, I paid 100 euros! For that much, I was expecting a lot more. What I got was completely unacceptable. I will never go back! My wife said we would have been better off sleeping in the car.
Very Good dealPosted Feb 10, 2016 on Hotels
Stayed at this hotel for four nights. The hotel is being refurbished, so the reception area is not as nice as it will be soon. I really enjoyed the space in the room, the balcony and the kitchenette - it was like a little apartment. The staff were very nice and helpful!

Stayed again!Posted Jun 7, 2015
Pros: I like the location and the room quality is good, nothing fancy. All together with a reasonable price.
Cons: Wifi signal in my room on the top floor was a bit weak. Better from the lobby.
Location: Silent location, near metro and places to eat. Not a touristic location. I like that.
Second time I stayed at this hotel and would do it again. I like the location and the room quality is good, nothing fancy. All together with a reasonable price. Hotel stays on my Paris list.

great for the pricePosted Jun 5, 2015 on Hotels
overall it was a good hotel, it's centrally located , metro station literally a block away, staff very friendly, two train stops away from Norte dame n the love lock bridge, supermarkets right across the streets and great cafes as well. AC was not working all that great in the room but other than that it was great for the price
