"Staff was very attentive, respectful, and nice. Place was convenient to the RER/Metro stations. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower and 15 mins to their mall. Recommended to stay. Only knock was a lot of traffic in evening, workers / delivering all night. Outside of that this place was amazing."

"Situated a 5min walk from the Champs Elysees and the George V metro station, we arrived a little early for the 2pm check in, the hotel kindly stored our luggage which let us go off and find lunch. "We stayed here for a weekend in Paris and couldn't recommend it more. Before we departed the UK the Hotel sent us directions from the airport to the hotel, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. When we arrived, they let us check in early. The room is a nice size with good facilities, our room was spotless and it was cleaned every day we were there with fresh towels given. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice for getting around paris and restaurant recommendations. The location of this hotel is perfect, it is walking distance to a variety of restaurant's and supermarkets, 15 minutes walk to the Arc De Triomphe and less than 10 minutes walk to the Eiflle Tower. It has good transport links to the metro and buses too. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay and would recommend it!"

Maybe the bedroom tv could have been made bigger We were very well taken care of in this hotel. We felt very safe and at home but with luxury and exclusivity. "

"Loved staying here. The room was nice and big and it was always lovely and warm which was nice to come back to after being out walking in the cold all day! The staff were really friendly as well. The only issue I had was that when I tried to order room service, even though I rang multiple times, no one ever answered and I had to go to the restaurant next door myself."
