The room was clean, large and had everything we needed. Other than a couple things we asked for to provide, was all in all an excellent stay and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

My check in was the most displeasing. I arrived to check in and found out that my reservation had been booked for the time that I made the reservation, rather than when I actually wanted the reservation! However, the older gentleman at the front desk was very agreeable and willing to work with us and ultimately was still able to accommodate us despite the initial error of the other person entering the reservation into the hotel system. The bathroom was extremely small, but everything worked. The beds were old and you could feel the springs. The courtyard was well landscaped and relaxing atmosphere. Although close to main roads, it was quiet. The hotel staff kept the room clean, however not exactly as I would have wanted it. My biggest grievance regarding housekeeping was that the linens on the beds were not changed even though they were visibly dirty. We stayed a total of 4 days and our bed linens were changed twice. I feel that the bed linen should have been changed as soon as they showed dirt. Our grandson had came over and had accidentally gotten chocolate on one of the sheets and it was visible, however housekeeping just remade the bed. Overall, I was pleased. However, would recommend improvements to bed comfort, bigger TV (was only 20 inch), bigger bathrooms, improve toiletries (no lotion and no shampoo) and better handicapped accessibility.
