“The staff and workers were wonderful. But the owner was a little money hungry. We needed a room one more night to our stay. And went to talk to front desk early morning of check out. He said he doesn’t have anything available but said wait because he might have something available. After waiting 4 hours he comes to use and says I have a room for 600 euro. But when I looked online the room is available for 180 dollars for two nights. We try to explain to him we need the room till ten pm and he……

“On arrival, we were told that our room wasn’t available. However, the team had been expecting us and had already arranged accommodation for our first night at a property right next door. We didn’t ask about the circumstances, but we were very impressed with how the situation was handled. Everything was explained clearly, and we were made to feel welcome despite the unexpected change. The hotel has a wonderfully laid-back atmosphere in a very positive way. The staff are friendly, approachable……

“Such a lovely place to stay! The staff were really friendly and feels really family run. Everything was immaculatly clean including the pool and outdoor areas. The shop onsite was really useful and breakfast was great everyday. Set slightly back from the main street meant it was a two minute walk but also a more relaxed feel. We would 100% recommend and would stay again if we're lucky enough to come back to Ksmail 🤍☀️”

“Séjour absolument parfait, 10/10 ! L'hébergement était top du début à la fin : chambres impeccables et confortables, piscine magnifique où l'on a pu profiter pleinement du soleil, et un accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Le personnel était d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours disponible et souriant. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour de qualité ! 10/10 ❤️🇦🇱”

“No mirror in the room, at night there is no numbers to see where you going, I had to wait 15 min in the cold to get picked up by golf car, the pool next to the restaurant I had to pay for the drinks and food extra, can’t eat by the pool, and evrything you do you gotta pay right away they stick the card machine in your face to pay right away, for this value someone pays you should be able to put a card on file and pay by end, also the hot water in the room is very limited”
