Check- in was at 2300 on a Friday night, so there was a few of us checking in late. Check in would've been smoother if we had made our reservation earlier through Expedia; just had been <10 min earlier. Receptionist was calm and professional, although a back- up person would've been nice! Excellent ...
The old addage 'you get what you pay for' was thought up for a reason. Now, before I list the cons, I must say this hotel was very close to the port as well as to the famous bourbon street area. No bugs nor weird smells in our room. There was also a mini-fridge in our room which was unexpected. Cons ...
The Hotel staff was very very friendly and the area is great but if you plan on staying on a hotel to relax this is not the one. The other guests were very noisy at night, the mattress had a plastic wrap that made us sweat at night. Bathroom had a vomit smell on the first day and it wasn't the prettiest ...
The staff was nice. Ur average person may have whined about it. We only needed somewhere cheap and easy to get to so that we didn't have to sleep in the car. New Orleans has so much to offer, there is little time for anything other that a couple hours sleep.
the room was clean but smelled funny. They have stove (2 burners), Microwave, no oven, big fridge. Not pots, pans or utensils to cook with. office has weird hours not man 24/7. LAUNDRY ROOM TAKES COINS OR CREDIT CARDS. At check in folks were friendly. Rooms are old and things are falling apart.
