The room was so small & looked old (I think one of old building in China Town NY) but clean. It is for adult only, not recomended for family with kids since no elevator & the stairs was high ( be slow & careful to avoid fall) & no sounds proof. It was a nice stay, the hotel was always clean but as the rooms are not separated (there are walls but they don't reach to the ceiling) so you can hear everything, people weren't noisy though. I will stay there again
