We stayed at this hotel following a fall foliage cruise. The staff and amenities were excellent. Each time we had a question, we received a prompt and courteous answer. We were in walking distance of the local transportation, and if we needed a taxi, the hotel procured one for us, even in the middle of the night, so that we could get to the airport in a timely fashion. We managed to explore the city with ease, and when we returned to our room, we could relax and go downstairs, since the pool was heated and lovely.

We have 4 children and booked two rooms. They were both excellent - clean and neat and very comfortable - and at a great price. The location was great in that within 1 mile we could walk to all of the siteseeing locations that we wished to visit in Old Quebec. The hotel's restaurant food was excellent, price affordable, and the staff very pleasant. Great Stay!

close to restaurants and parking lots, within walking distance to center of old Quebec city. staffs are friendly, room is clean. it is ok for us because we only stayed in Quebec city for one night and we had to leave early next morning. All we need was a place to sleep which is close to Old Quebec.

This is an older hotel of only 15 rooms, some sharing bathrooms and I prefer private bathroom (which we had). Its is very central to all in old Quebec, close to hospitals which was the reason for us being there. It is very, very clean and the owners are great hosts. Continental breakfast was as expected but the personality of the owner running to the bakery shop to get us whole wheat bread ( called boring bread) because my husband is diabetic and I cannot eat seeds make me realize how much the hosts considered their guests.
Would stay there again.

We took our 17 month old daughter on a road trip and I'm so happy we rented lofts instead of hotel rooms! This loft was very big, clean, and situated on a great street with places to eat and shop. There was also a Metro down the street which came in handy for getting food/milk for our daughter. It was a beautiful loft and I've already recommended it to several friends.
The only thing (and I am nitpicking) is I wish they had separate shampoo and conditioner bottles rather than the 2 in 1 they had. But that's a real negligible complaint lol!

Lower Town, a neighborhood in Old Quebec, is the earliest site of French civilization in North America. The major streets are St-Pierre, Dalhousie, St-Paul, and, St-André. The narrow streets of Quartier du Petit-Champlain, featuring Maison Chevalier, and rue du Petit-Champlain, a pedestrian-only street lined with cafes and shops are popular with visitors.
