“The room was clean and cleaning service was great. There was nobody there at 6:15 pm when I got in after delays with flights and a long day. I checked out and wanted a place to store my bag while I ate and waited to go to the airport but the lady in a closet, not at the desk but hiding in a closet said they could not do that. It was an odd way to leave and left a bad taste. I will not be staying at the painted lady again. Also there was no way to get H2O so ya…”

“It’s horrible that they don’t do housekeeping every day. What happened to customer service? Oh wait …”

“The property and rooms were clean and the location was great!! The staff was also nice!! There is no hot breakfast, and very basic, but decent enough to put something in your stomach to start the day. There is also no pool, but it was all good 👍 I would still stay again!”
