“Very dirty ”

“The rooms were infested with roaches. There were zero trash cans in the room. We requested blankets and towels and did not receive them. We booked a room with a bed and a pullout couch and the room we were given had a bed and a chair. They advertise continental breakfast but the only breakfast they offer is prepackaged muffins and coffee. Seriously, I’ve had better stays at Motel 6. ”

“Property in poor repair, balcony door not secure. Bathroom doors would not close . No mention of parking fees at time of booking. Bedding and furniture was good. No receipt available at check out for parking fee.”

“The hotel is a 2.5 star, and the facilities are on that level. Given that, I had no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was cuter and more fun than in some four star hotels I've stayed in with its nice patio and grill.”
