“Room was okay. Carpet stained bad. Rooms and entire area needs better maintenance ”

“All in all it was a nice place great price and would stay again if going to the area. But the one staff member not sure if he was a manager or not Really takes his job and the rules in the pool extremely serious!!! Do Not go down the slide any way but feet first and one at a time. To be fair he did say the rules but maybe should make it know how strict these rules really are. He will come in yelling at everyone and turn off the slide and threaten to kick you out. Also I understand generally kids……

“The rooms were clean and recently redone. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Overall it was a great stay. ”

“There was never anyone at the front desk had to call a number and wait for someone and the hot water was terrible it took 25 minutes with the water running constantly to even begin to get warm water it never fully got hot ”

“The rooms were not clean. The TV was outdated. There were stains on the carpet, bugs in the light fixtures, and the paint was chipped off the walls. Our room key stopped working and the man at the front desk was unapologetic. The elevator was jerky and the door barely opened. The food was cold and unappealing. This hotel should be shut down or the price should be dropped significantly.”
