I really enjoyed staying here and thanks to Expedia, I only paid $56 with tax for one queen bed. The furniture was not updated, but there was plenty of it. A loveseat, 2 comfy chairs, a desk with a chair, a table with 2 chairs, a dresser amd 2 end tables and a flat screen t.v. It has central a/c, a stove with oven, large fridge, and a dishwasher. They provided dish detergent and diswasher soap. There was a pan, and some dishes. The room was clean, the restroom was clean, despite being an older establishment. My only concern was when I took a shower there was a large patch in the ceiling that had been poorly addressed and it looked like it could fall on me at any moment. (It looked like it was bulging). The breakfast area was nice and was one of the best breakfasts I had had at a hotel in a while. Coffee, cranberry juice, waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage patties and omelettes. The egg was very good with veggies and I don't eat eggs much or veggies, but it was great. Unfortunately, I could only stay one night because they were booked the rest of the weekend, but I would have liked to have stayed. It is near the freeway and was very loud outside. When the t.v. was off, I could cleary hear it inside the room. That was room 214. They do have rooms further from the freeway. I did not see any roaches during my stay, which is a big thing for me. I felt safe there. The lady at the front desk said a cop lives there.
