“Ok. Let me start by saying we made a reservation for 2 rooms. We did Not stay. The front desk person (Marcus) was great in helping us with refund and even looking up the phone number to other hotels. Now, why we didn’t stay. My room was quoted at somewhere around $240 total - I was charged $321 once I arrived. The place is undergoing renovations- which should include a bulldozer. Furnishings in room are dated and didn’t work in room 2. Room 1 had cleaning supplies left behind and a……
