We spent two nights in a family suite. The location was very convenient to everything, and the staff went out of their way to answer our questions and help us coordinate our train schedule/plans. Special thanks to Solomon who was always so friendly and knowledgeable! We were also very pleasantly surprised with the onsite restaurant and enjoyed a delicious dinner on the outdoor terrace while soaking in the beautiful views. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend the Helvetia Intergolf

The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful, and would do anything to help.
The rooms were nice and clean, and the small bar & restaurant was also good.
It's a 10 minute walk to Montana, where they have more bars and restaurants, and Crans is also close by...where all the major shopping boutiques are.
We were visiting our kids at Bluche, and this was a very convenient hotel for the visit.

"Comfortable, family-run hotel with amazing views"
We couldn't be happier with our choice to spend our family's Christmas at Hotel Panorama. We stayed in one of the family suites (with terrace) and it was perfect for our needs. Our two young boys slept in the bunk room, while my wife and I stayed in the main room, with walk-out access to the terrace and amazing views of the Rhone valley and Alps.
We ate several amazing meals in the hotel restaurant (3 breakfast and 2 dinners.) The menu offered a good range of dinner choices with excellent service, and at a reasonable price for a fine-dining experience. They even managed to please our very picky kids.
The owners and staff are very friendly, speak fluent English, and went out of their way to see that we were happy and comfortable. They gave a small bottle of very nice, local wine on Christmas Eve, offered to do basic laundry, and even sent us off with a bag of fruits and breads because we had to leave very early for a flight out of Geneva.
Despite a disappointing lack of snow on the mountain, we had a wonderful time and made memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommended!

This is our second stay at this hotel. We love to come to this hotel because it is off the main road on a quiet street, near a lovely lake. It is right between Crans and Montana with paths to both, and an easy walk. The rooms and staff are excellent. The breakfast is lovely in the morning and the facilities, with the pool, sauna and hot tub, are a real plus. We always get a 2 bedroom suite or family room. We love that so that our son or Grandma gets their own bathroom and own private room off of our own larger parent room. They provide you with bathrobes and slippers and chocolates on your arrival, on your bed.
The staff are very friendly and very willing to help with any of your needs. They stored our larger bags while we took a weekend trip to Florence, which was great. They helped us find the right train schedules and to book taxis. They are very helpful and nice and the housekeeping lady is also very sweet and helpful.

In the Valais Alps, high above the Rhone valley, Crans Montana draws people for the great skiing and hiking areas of Plaine Morte. Also a golf paradise thanks to the Severiano Ballesteros and the Jack Nicklaus golf courses, it offers excellent shopping, a casino, and plenty of lakes for swimming or touring. The Summer Festival is rich in events.
