1. 贝斯特韦斯特广场酒店

Pigeon Forge

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Terrible property and staff with no clue what they are doing. The room was dirty with smell of smoke/weed. There were big bugs crawling on the wall. Window curtains had cigarettes butt holes. I could not stay there more. I had to immediately checkout within an hour and look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Mu original reservation wasbfor 5 nights. I filed a complaint with expedia but both hotel management and expedia are declining to refund.”

5. 公园塔酒店

皮金福奇市中心

“Listen, let’s call it what it is, it’s a cheap place to stay in a great location. If you’re looking for a five star hotel, go stay at a five star hotel. This place is for those of us who were literally going to be sleeping here and that’s it. It’s not super clean, the staff could do way better in that area, and frankly they should, bc it’s griped about in almost every review, but other than that, it’s fine. It’s easy to get in and out of, it has breakfast and it’s a pretty good price.”

“This hotel was nice. Older building with outside entrance to room but very clean and had a good weather protected area to park cars under the lower level of hotel. Listening to the river was nice from the balcony but you also get to listen to all the cars. Very convenient to a trolley stop and a short walk to all the shops. Pool area doesn’t look very inviting because it corners the parking lot.”
