“The outside of this hotel is beautiful, with plantation style and lots of thoughtful landscaping. The price is great. But when you walk in the door, things go downhill a bit. The initial counter staff were not at all friendly or interested in their customers. (On check out, there were two lovely women behind the counter and the breakfast lady is wonderful). “Absolutely nasty!! Walked in to room only to find a nasty dirty room. Dirt and grass in the entry and not just a little. It was almost like the door was open when the grass was mowed. The room had a musty smell. The worst part was the bathroom. There were pubic hairs on the counter top and the white tissue dispenser. There were also hairs in the tub which was also not cleaned and was stained. There were mildew and mold around the tub and floor. The bathroom floor was stained and dirty.……
