“Overall not a bad experience”

“Based on a lot of reviews I thought this would be a better quick stop than it was. I would have asked for a different room if we got there earlier. The staff is super nice and the breakfast was decent. The room however was crawling with tiny ants. To the point I sprayed bug spray on the side table so they wouldn’t crawl on the bed. I think they had a home in the headboard. I mean a lot of tiny ants. Mold in the bathroom. Just definitely not what I was expecting.”

“The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. ”

“Easy check-in/checkout. Clean spacious rooms. Great breakfast!!”

“The person at the desk insisted on adding additional tax to the total amount due, which is already figured into the cost. There were roaches in the room, the carpet was stained and dirty, and the hotel is located right on a busy highway. Not conducive to getting sleep.”

“Had a difficult time getting into the building. Code would not work. Finally a lady that lives in the building let us in. After reaching out to the host, we were able to get into the apartment. The place looked just like the picture on the app, it was clean. The problem was the two of us only had 1 clean bath towel. The rest of the towels and the sheets from the prior occupant, we’re in the washer/dryer combo, damp and stinky. The hosts cleaning ladies obviously did not do their job well.”

“飯店已更名，外觀找不到所訂的飯店；飯店老舊，電梯有一台壞了！晚上好多小黑蚊，趨光性所致，洗臉台都是小黑蚊屍體；早餐是到隔壁Quality Inn 用餐。”
