“The one staff member we encountered was terribly rude. She had a bad attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service. We were finishing up a two-week vacation, and the night front desk worker was the only rude person we encountered on our entire trip. She also gave the customer in front of us the keys to an already-occupied room which is reckless and potentially dangerous. He didn’t find out until he walked into the occupied room. “I was very disappointed with my stay. As soon as I walked into the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor, and the area outside the room smelled heavily of marijuana. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, especially while traveling alone. The property did not match my expectations based on the listing, so I decided to leave immediately without staying the night. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall environment for future guests. The front desk staff……

“The room door card is a magnetic card, which is difficult to operate, the air conditioning filter is very dirty, and there are many ants on the windowsill of the room.”

“Terrible,noisy, dirty! 靠近马路很吵，房间设备老久，被子都破了好几个洞，地毯又脏又旧，天花板都是灰，楼上走路的声音都听的到”

“The best thing was the staff Vending machine too high $4 for a soda and $3.25 for a bag of chips. The towels and rags were dirty and peeling in the bathroom and tiles. Security was lacking didn't feel safe in the room A lot of drug use and sells . Lot of people living in the hotel long term.”
