“The one staff member we encountered was terribly rude. She had a bad attitude and shouldn’t be in customer service. We were finishing up a two-week vacation, and the night front desk worker was the only rude person we encountered on our entire trip. She also gave the customer in front of us the keys to an already-occupied room which is reckless and potentially dangerous. He didn’t find out until he walked into the occupied room. “Absolutely loved the staff here! Housekeeping came a few extra times and did a great job. The place is very clean, other than a few times the air conditioner in the room smelled like a dead body every so often. One of the beds in the room was unlevel. The breakfast nook is very small and gets crowded but it was kept well stocked. Pool area is very clean. Very quiet place to stay!”

“The room door card is a magnetic card, which is difficult to operate, the air conditioning filter is very dirty, and there are many ants on the windowsill of the room.”

“The best thing was the staff Vending machine too high $4 for a soda and $3.25 for a bag of chips. The towels and rags were dirty and peeling in the bathroom and tiles. Security was lacking didn't feel safe in the room A lot of drug use and sells . Lot of people living in the hotel long term.”

“Great motel, clean and quiet location. Close to the National Park. Love the large room with kitchen, comfortable beds.”
