This hotel was fine. We drove the five minutes to Irvington station to catch the train into NYC. It was a nice town and we felt safe going back to our car at night. We think this hotel was worth going to just for a decent location at a price much more reasonable than closer to the city. The elevator is still down which I saw from reviews a few weeks ago. The grab and go breakfast was just a prepackaged granola bar or muffin. I thought it was a bit weird that it has an attached kitchen but no cook wear or utensils. This hotel was just ok.

Even though the building is on a major thoroughfare, the rooms are set far back from the State Rd.
and neither lights nor auto noise reaches the rooms. The rooms and baths are sterile and the bed particularly
comfort . The lobby, halls and elevators are clean. Breakfast is easy, tasteful , and portable.
Staff was pleasant and there is easy access from your car into the building.

No matter what time of day, 2am or 2pm, the staff is very pleasant and very responsive.
The breakfast is awesome; delicious scrambled eggs, fresh fruit- cut up or whole, wide varitiy of breads and yogurts. Best of all is that hot beverages are available 24 hours a day.
