“The hotel was under renovation, it was messy and unclean. They told us nothing about the renovation when we booked our room. It felt like a scam!”

“The staff are very nice and professional, and breakfast was simple, but included. The area itself has lots of dining options close by, and lots of parking. The hotel is a little dated, but for the price and a Quality Inn, a good choice overall.”

“I stayed there about 5 days and I was appoached 3 times by two staff members, who asked me how my stay was and if they could do anything for me. I had to get to the airport at 3AM, but there were no taxies or Uber at that time that I could set up. They arranged a private driver for me and I had no worries. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was great with a good assortment. My bed was very comfortable. Hi give 6 stars!”

“This cool little hotel is beautifully renovated, comfortable, and quiet. The neighborhood is charming, with the serene and lovely Elizabeth Park only a few blocks away—a great place to walk to with your dog.”

We had booked two rooms for our family trip from San Diego to explore Vancouver and the surrounding nature, and the owner went above and beyond to place us in conveniently located rooms with beautiful mountain and nature views—perfect for sightseeing and even a few photoshoots! “Such an amazing host! The weather was hot during our stay, and even though the listed amenities did not include air conditioning, the host had set up and turned on a portable ac, and put ice cream bars in the freezer. That’s next level hosting. We’ll be back next summer!”

“Brandt is exceptionally responsive and the cottage is like staying in a home magazine layout just before a photo-shoot. If you like being insolated without being isolated, then this is a great spot. We had intended to do day trips and became happy to just enjoy the space. The home had everything we needed and a few things we wouldn't have anticipated. We have rented homes in several countries and this would be on our list to revisit.”
